Return Policy

All sales are final. Returns are subject to the terms and conditions.

Ovale LLC offers a limited 60 day warranty for defective products excluding atomizers. Such items may be returned for replacement only with the approval of an Ovale support representative. Contact support@ovaleusa.com for return inquiries.

Limited warranty applies to manufacturing defects on certain products only. Warranty applies only to items purchased through www.OvaleUSA.com and does not apply to any 3rd party retailers.

The following conditions apply

  • Any user modification voids all warranties.
  • Defective items must be returned before they can be exchanged.
  • All shipping back to Ovale is paid for by the customer. We do not provide return postage or packaging.
  • All unauthorized returned products will be refused for replacement. Ovale accepts no responsibility for unauthorized returns.
  • Using any product with parts or liquid from a brand other than Ovale voids all warranties
  • Some products cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
  • E-liquids are not returnable for any reason.
  • Products can only be returned for exchange. No refunds will be made.
  • Replacement claims for the receipt of incorrect (unordered) products or the incorrect number of ordered products must be received by our support department within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Incorrect items must be shipped back in order to receive an exchange.
  • Excessive return claims will not be granted.
  • We must receive returned items before any future returns can be granted.
  • Ovale is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • Ovale cannot refund or resend orders that are confirmed as delivered by the post office. The customer is responsible for contacting the post office directly to resolve any delivery disputes

Exchange Procedures

Ovale features a one-for-one exchange policy. We will exchange defective products covered by our limited warranty providing you return the defective item to us. Once we receive the defective item, we will send out a replacement to you. If you have to return an item, please do the following:

  • Contact a support representative by emailing support@ovaleusa.com. Include your Name, Order ID Number, and a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing. This allows us to make a record of your request and help you troubleshoot the problem.
  • If a return is authorized, ship the appropriate items to:

  • A replacement will be sent out once the items have been returned.

Ovale’s limited product warranty does NOT apply to:

  • Consumable parts and products, including, but not limited to, cartridges, cartomizers, and liquid nicotine solutions.
  • Cosmetic damage, including, but not limited to, scratches, dents, and broken plastic.
  • Damage caused by use with non-Ovale products.
  • Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, contact or immersion in liquids, fire, or other external cause.
  • Damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended use described by Ovale or from failure to follow Ovale’s instructions for use.
  • Damage caused by service performed by any party other than Ovale.
  • A product or part that has been modified.
  • A product or part that has been used in conjunction with a modified part.
  • Defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the products.
