1) How do I create my account ? |

Select the "create an account" link at the top of Ovale USA online store.

Enter your personal details, Company detail, your address, contact information and your password.

After filling in the required membership information, click the continue button.

Your account has been created will appear on your screen.

2) How do I update my account information ? |

Sign in to your account.

Click "My Account" at the top of the website. It will take you to your account information page.

Click "Edit your account information".
-
Make your desired changes and click continue.

3) How do I change my password ? |

Log into your account.

Click "My Account" at the top of the website. It will take you to your account information.

Under My Account you will see "Change your password".

Click Change your password and it will take you to Your Password screen.

Put in your new password and confirm password then press the continue button.

4) I forgot my password, How can I get it again ? |

Click on the log in page.

Click on the password forgotten link.

It will take you to the I've forgotten my password page.

Enter your email address and click the continue button.

An email will be sent to your mailbox with a new password.

You can sign in to your account with the new password.
-
If you want to change this password, follow instructions for changing password.

Select the product you wish to purchase by clicking "Add to Cart."

You will see the product in your shopping cart.

Click "Checkout" when you are ready to order.

If you are not a member, you will be asked to create an account.

If you are already a member, you will be asked to sign in.

Check your delivery information.
Confirm your delivery address. You can choose the address currently in your address book, or click change address to add a different delivery address. Select mailing method. Currently we use USPS Priority or First Class mail. You can add comments or special instruction about your order. Click the continue button, you will be taken to the Payment information page. Check the billing address for your credit card or checking account. If it is not correct, click change address to input the correct address. |

We currently accept Credit card from Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept checks. They are processed by Greenbyphone. All checks are cleared at 10 am the next business day. |
Click the continue button, you will be taken to the confirm order information page.
Make sure the delivery address, billing information and the products you ordered are correct.You can change any information at this time by clicking on the edit link. |
Click the confirm order button to complete the process.
An email with your order information will be sent to you.
* Your order should arrive within 5 to 8 days. If your order doesn't arrive within a reasonable time period, please contact Ovale to check the status of your order. |

Return & Refund Policy |
|
We are dedicated to making sure you are satisfied with your purchase. We will accept returns for exchanges on items purchased directly from Ovale online store. Please note that this policy may not reflect the policies of our authorized 3rd-party retailers. Because of the hygienic nature of most our products, we cannot issue a refund for items that have been open or used. You can return items for exchange if they are not functioning well within 60 days of your product's shipping date. The only exceptions are the Tawa Items, they cannot be returned for any reason after 24 hours from the date of purchase. |

Ovale offers a 60 day warranty on any defective Products to be exchanged. TAWA parts have a 24 hour warranty and therefore cannot be returned for any reason after 24 hours from the date of purchase.

All Shipping back to Ovale is paid for by the customer.

Some products cannot be returned for hygienic reason. All unauthorized returned products will be refused and shipped back to the sender.

If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.

Consumables like eliquids are not returnable if the factory seal has been broken.

Products can only be returned for exchange. No refunds will be made.

If you did not receive all of the products ordered or the quantity ordered, please contact our customer service department by e-mail. All claims must be made within 7 days after receipt of shipment.

Tawa atomizers cannot be returned for exchange except within the first 24 hours after purchased.

Used products. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept any products that have been used.

Packages affixed with counterfeit label(s) or affixed with labels exhibiting tampering.

Products with order NUMBERs which do not match order NUMBER on the invoice.

Any products with dents, scratches, defacement or signs of abuse.
