* Thank you for your order and for your support.
* Your order should arrive within 5 to 8 days. If your order doesn’t arrive within a reasonable time period, please contact Ovale to check the status of your order.
* We are on EST so any orders placed after 11am Monday – Friday or on Saturdays will be shipped on the following business day. We are not able to ship orders on holidays when the United States Post Office or other delivery services are not in operation.
* Ovale USA is primarily geared towards US domestic shipping. We pride ourselves on getting your order sent out as quickly as possible. Our typical shipping method is USPS Priority though an express option is available.
* Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with their order. We do not refund shipping costs for any reason
* In some cases when a package is returned to us unopened by the Post Office we may be willing to refund the cost of the order itself, however this is at our discretion and does not imply any obligation to do so. In all cases, we will not refund the cost of shipping. Shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the customer.
* Ovale is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you did not receive a package that is marked as delivered, it is your responsibility to resolve this issue with the post office. Lost or stolen packages are very frustrating and we will do our best to help you resolve the problem. Please understand though that this is completely beyond our control and does require you contact the post office for assistance.
