Delivery Information

How to place order into the shopping cart
  • Select the product you wish to purchase by clicking the "Add to Cart" option on that items page. 
  • You will see a notification that the product is in your shopping cart.
  • Click "Shopping Cart" to view all items or continue shopping.
  • When finished shopping, click "Checkout"  to complete the order process.
  • If you are not a member, you will be asked to create an account.
  • If you are already a member, you will be asked to sign in.
Check your delivery information.
Confirm your delivery address. You can choose the address currently in your address book, or click change address to add a different delivery address. Select mailing method. Currently we use USPS Priority or First Class mail. We are on EST so any orders placed after 3pm Monday - Friday or 12pm Saturdays will be shipped the following business day. We can not be held responsible for delays caused by the USPS, thank you for your understanding.  You can add comments or special instruction about your order. Click the continue button, you will be taken to the Payment information page. Check the billing address for your credit card or checking account. If it is not correct, click change address to input the correct address. Choose Payment methods.

We currently accept Credit card from Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We do not accept checks.
Click the continue button, you will be taken to the confirm order information page.
Make sure the delivery address, billing information and the products you ordered are correct.You can change any information at this time by clicking on the edit link.

Click the confirm order button to complete the process.
An email with your order information will be sent to you.

* Your order should arrive within 5 to 8 days. If your order doesn't arrive within a reasonable time period, please contact Ovale to check the status of your order.

* We are on EST so any orders placed after 3pm Monday - Friday or 12pm Saturdays will be shipped the following business day. We are unable to ship during any times the United Sates Post Office is not in operation.
